Il programma di prevenzione dell’AIDS condotto da Arché-ONLUS in Kenya nelle scuole della Diocesi di Kisii si avvale delle animazioni educative prodotte da TeachAIDS, attualmente in uso in 25 nazioni.

Esse si rivelano preziose nel rinforzare l’informazione trasmessa agli alunni dai facilitatori e nel promuovere l’acquisizione dei concetti da parte dei ragazzi.

Fondata presso la Stanford University, USA, TeachAIDS è un’organizzazione non profit che sviluppa animazioni digitali che presentano un’accurata informazione medica sull’infezione HIV in modo semplice e rispettoso delle peculiarità culturali.

The HIV/AIDS Prevention Program in School promoted by the Catholic Diocese of Kisii and Arché-ONLUS in Kenyan schools is also using this highly supportive and versatile tool as a component of the learning process, so to reinforce the information delivered to the pupils by the program’s facilitators and enhance their concepts’ acquisition.

Founded at the Stanford University, USA, TeachAIDS is a nonprofit organization that since 2005 works to address and overcome the social and cultural challenges related to HIV/AIDS prevention education. It develops medically accurate, culturally tailored HIV/AIDS animated tutorials, which are disseminated free of charge to educators involved in HIV/AIDS prevention with youth: currently TeachAIDS educational animations are used in more than 25 countries worldwide.
